About the Position:
Our service technicians keep the bikes and related equipment in a safe and smooth working condition for our members. Service technicians are expected to be creative in troubleshooting technical issues as they arise, and help develop standardized procedures, to test and implement system-wide.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Bicycle maintenance and repairs
Bicycles assembly
Accurate maintenance and bicycle records
Keep the shop organized and accessible for the team
Use of program hardware and software (Shimano e-tube & proprietary software)
Continually expand your knowledge base and find new ways of doing things
SKILLS
We usually require 1-2 years of shop experience
Ability to prioritize
Able to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
Assembling/disassembling
Nexus hub maintenance
Change and servicing of derailleur
Headset overhaul
Advanced wheel truing
Servicing Hydraulic brakes (rim/disc Magura/Shimano/Tektro/Promax)
Brake levers(e-bike) and shifter replacement
Familiar with e-bike electronics and parts
Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Compensation: $22-24
