Used Ebike models for Purchase & Rent-to-Own

Zygg’s Commitment

Every Zygg Used Ebike purchase includes the following commitment (limited “warranty”):

• Model A (O2feel Ivog 6.1), Model Qx (Velec Citi 350 2023):

  • 3 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • Battery replacement for 12 Month or 5,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Model Qx (Velec Citi 350 2022), Model R (Velec R48):

  • 3 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • Battery replacement for 6 Month or 3,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Model Q2 (Velec Citi Pro / Plus 2021)

  • 1 Month warranty for ebike drive system and mechanical issues

  • Battery replacement for 1 Month or 3,000 km, whichever comes first, if the battery fails

• Does NOT include service for normal wear and tear from your riding after purchase, such as brake pads, flat tires, negligence or crash-related damage, which is available from Zygg at retail pricing. Battery warranty provides a replacement battery of similar condition if the purchased battery stops working. It does not include any normal decrease in capacity over time, nor batteries that have been damaged or neglected.
