  • You must pay with a credit card or debit card from a Canadian Bank in your name

  • Sign our Subscription Agreement

  • Provide photo ID with your home address, or Photo ID + a phone, utility etc.. bill with your home address.

  • in Ontario you MUST wear a helmet on an e-bike. (We have helmets for sale.)

  • Have safe indoor parking (no front porches or backyards)

  • Your account should be approved within 1 business day and then you can choose your pickup time.

  • All subscriptions will start the day that you get your ebike. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.
