  • $500 for ebike + $500 battery (if battery is also stolen/damaged)

    What is a Liability Limit?
    • If your e-bike is stolen while it was locked securely with photo proof and you paid $25/month for Theft Protection Plus you will owe $500 (for the ebike) + an additional $500 if battery is also lost/damaged.
    • If you chose the Standard Theft Protection, but you locked your bike securely it would be $1,500 for the ebike + $500 for the battery if it was also lost or stolen.

    • Zygg Referral Program - up to $20 each:

    Zygg’s referral program offers the opportunity to get a credit on your account, and your friend’s, towards your next Susbcription payments!

    How to use the referral program:

    1. When signing up for a subscription, the new customer enters the name + email of the current Zygg customer who referred them (in the field labeled Referral Name / Referral Email)

    2. Once they have Subscribed, a credit will be applied to the their account as well as the account of the customer who referred them. This credit will be applied towards the next billing cycle for each person.

    3. A $20 credit for each new & existing customer are applied for a new Subscription of 12-Weeks Minimum or longer. A $10 credit for each new & existing customer will be applied for each Subscription less than 12 Weeks in minimum length.

    4. There is no cash value. This program only applies to new Subscriptions and new Rent-to-Own purchases. If the current customer cannot be identified through their email, no credits will be issued. Limit of one promotion / discount per Subscription / RTO program. If the new customer does not meet the minimum time requirements, the credit may be removed.

    Model Y Details

    The Yuba FastRack is a great compact cargo bike with options for rear passenger seating and/or cargo. Standard on Zygg rentals: Soft spot seat cushion and either monkeybars or a ring to hold onto. Extra Add-ons include: front bread basket, Thule child bike seats.

    Eligibility

    • You must be 18 years old to subscribe to a Zygg e-bike

    • You must pay with a credit card or debit card from a Canadian Bank in your name

    • Provide photo ID with your home address, or Photo ID + a phone, utility etc.. bill with your home address.

    • Full Service is only available currently to those with a home address in the City of Toronto (inc. Etobicoke, East York, North York, Scarborough and York). You may also subscribe to an ebike if you have a home address in the Regions of Peel or York, but at-home service will not be available.

    • in Ontario you MUST wear a helmet on an e-bike. (We have helmets for sale.)

    • Have safe indoor parking (no front porches or backyards)

    Things to know

    • Read our Subscription Agreement.

    • Your account should be approved within 1 business day and then you can choose your delivery time.

    • All subscriptions will start the day that you get your ebike. Your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.

    • This plan is strictly non-commercial. For information about our commercial programs, click here.

    • *The Annual and Seasonal Plan have a minimum commitment of 12 months and until November 1st respectively. If you end your subscription before this date, early termination fees apply.
