Electric bike subscription services are quite new to the scene and we’re definitely a first in Toronto. The subscription based service is a great way to have access to an electric bike at an affordable price without having to commit to buying a pricey ebike. Another perk is not having to worry about maintenance and repairs so you always have a top-notch bike.
1.Choose your electric bike
We have three different bike models to choose from. All three models have been handpicked by us and are great options for riding in the city. We recommend choosing your bike based on height, whether you have to carry it often, or bring it up to your house and how much range you need to get where you’re going.
All the bikes are ready to ride with front and back lights and you can even grab a helmet from us.
2. Start with a trial or subscribe right away!
Want to test out an electric bike before committing? You can test all our models at our shop on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm, just shoot us an email so we can plan accordingly.
You can also start off with a two-week trial so you can see what all the fuss is about. There’s no commitment, if after your trial the ebike doesn’t work for you you can return it.
Ready to commit? Either get an annual subscription to get access to our best rates, a seasonal one if you’re more of a fair-weather rider or go month to month.
3. Your bike is delivered to you!
Schedule the time you’d like to receive your bike and we’ll bring it to you! We’ll adjust your bike, explain how everything works and answer any of your questions. Then you’re good to go!
4. Need a repair? Call us!
Call us when you need a fix and we’ll repair or give you a new bike within 24 hours. We also do regular maintenance to keep the electric bike running smoothly.
